Warby Parker Review: Spring Collection

Hello!

A while back, I went to a fashion conference with Lucky Magazine and was able to meet a bunch of inspirational people. One of the companies I spoke with was Warby Parker (www.warbyparker.com).

If you've never heard of Warby Parker, they are a very innovative online eyeglasses and sunglasses store. Buying glasses online is difficult because you don't know what they'll look like on your face. With Warby Parker, you can pick 5 different designs to be sent to you to try on at home for 5 days; and you only keep and pay for the pair you want! The best part about this company is that for every pair purchased, a pair of eyeglasses is distributed to someone in need.

Though I don't wear eyeglasses, they have sunglasses as well! But I wanted to focus on their Spring Collection of eyeglasses because I'm pretty much in love with the theme. Nautical. Vacation Series | Packing List (Printable)

Hey everybody!

Vacation time is reaching us! I'll be in LA and San Diego in March to check out some apartments (yay!), so I figured it's the perfect time to not only make a packing list for myself, but for anyone going on vacation. Read below for the free download-able and printable version of this list (for your convenience, it's in checklist form!).

This list is a general list for a vacation to somewhere somewhat warm. Feel free to add to it or just cross things off that you won't be needing! It's perfect to have a printable list to make sure you don't forget anything! 

Because I live in New England, it's freezing here in winter time. Going to Southern California where it's going to be warm, dressing could be a fun challenge. Stay tuned for my next post on how to dress for a plane ride from cold to warm weather (hint: there will be layers involved!).

| Golden Globe Awards 2015 | & Giveaway Winner!

Hello!

Who else watched the Golden Globes!? Love it, and may I say, Tina and Amy are perfect.

I wanted to post some of my favorite looks and see if anyone else agrees with me or disagrees with me! Starting with my favorite dress, worn by the lovely Kate Hudson...

This dress is BEAUTIFUL! From the diamond detailing around the cutouts to the elegant color white, Kate really brought it. Next up, Salma Hayek Pinault.

The hairstyle goes perfect with this gown, and to be honest, I don't think many people could pull this dress off. Salma did it wonderfully, well done!

I can't leave out J-LO. She looks fierce! The deep smokey eye and tousled hair goes great with this look!

Finally, some superlatives:

Cutest Couple- John Legend & Chrissy Teigen

And might I add, best dressed couple too!

Best Siblings- Jake and Maggie Gyllenhaal

I'm in love with Jake Gyllenhaal, how cute is it that he was Maggie's date!?

Worst Dressed- Lana Del Ray

I love her a lot but this dress is just not flattering on her at all.

Happy 2015!!
