OOTD | Blazer Vest ♡

Hello!

I recently got a new blazer vest from Nordstrom and I LOVE it! Anyone who knows me knows that blazers are my favorite item of clothing. I thought this vest was an awesome item for the end of Summer and Fall because it's so versatile! P.s. the shirt I'm wearing with it is my new favorite. :)

As you can tell, I did most of my shopping at H&M. I never used to go in there much, but lately I've been falling in love with their clothes! These are outfits that I would wear to class, or running errands. Hope you enjoyed these looks!

My Clothing Line | Small Business ♡

Hello!

I've been getting a lot of questions about my old business lately. For those of you who didn't know me a year ago, probably don't know anything about my clothing line. This was a huge part of me starting December 2012. I was 19 when I opened my first LLC and 7 months later, I started selling my own collection. www.jennaleeann.com was a clothing line for a full year before I turned it into a blog. Why did I stop? While being in school, and waitressing, I didn't have enough time to work the business the way I wanted too. I sold my line, and decided to wait to do a second line. I am hoping to possibly open it back up after I graduate, because if there's anything any entrepreneur could understand, is that you need a LOT of time to run your own business.

I had so much fun with my online clothing store, and it ran very smoothly while it was open!

♡ 3 Trends to Keep for Fall ♡

Hey everyone!

Fall is coming! I just bought a bunch of pumpkin scented Wallflowers from Bath & Body Works. I am rushing Fall and I don't even care! I figured I'd start the Fall blogging by talking about the 3 trends that you should keep in your closet for this season.

1. Trapezoid Bags  

   
    This is an example of a trapezoid bag. I recently got this Kate Spade tote for school, and I love how big it is! I love the winged look of these bags. I'm also loving Michael Kors' Selma collection. These bags are here to stay throughout Fall and even Winter as well!




2. Statement Necklaces

   
   
   
   These are mostly in style for Spring and Fall, but you can really get away with these at any time. Fall is a great time to make a statement with a monochromatic outfit or just a really bold color piece of jewelry.




3. Crop Tops 

   You can pair these with skater skirts, moto jackets, or even just a pair of skinnies with tall boots! Crop Tops are staying in the closet for the upcoming season, and will continue to be seen on the runway.  And I'm loving it!

DKNY Launch Party

Hey everyone! 

If you follow me at all on social media, then you know that I just took a trip to Manhattan for the DKNY launch party for their new fragrance! 

Their new fragrance smells AMAZING! It smells like a mix of floral and fruity scents with a lot of elegance to it. I can honestly say I will be buying a bottle. According to the company itself, it's “a scent that is bold, playful and sophisticated."

After the party, I decided to do a little shopping...obviously.

I've also done some more shopping online, so I figured I would wait until I got everything and then make a lookbook post for some Fall inspiration! :)
