Spring Fashion Trends

Hi everyone, sorry it's been a while since I've posted! I've had a busy schedule these past few weeks which I can hopefully share about soon.

A lot of you may be wondering what trends to expect for this coming Spring. Well, I have two trends that are going to be big!

 

1. High-Low Dresses

 

 

 

This style is all over the place! It's a simple, fun, and flirty dress that can come in a casual style or even a dressy style! It's up to you to create the look you want with the dress. You can look forward to seeing this style on www.jennaleeann.com .

 

 

 

 

2. Color Trend

 

 

There is a HUGE trend happening. It involves the colors mint and coral as seen in the pictures above. These colors are everywhere! I personally love these colors and can't wait to include them in my clothing line. Make sure you complement them with the right colored accessories! How To: Dress For An Interview

Having trouble figuring out the perfect outfit to wear for your interview? I think this is a problem we all face at some point in our life. Here are some tips and tricks on how to plan your outfit properly:

1. Try your best to stay away from denim! I love denim as much as the next girl, which is why I find ways around it. It's okay to wear a pair of black denim but try to stay away from the blue jeans.

2. Swing by the place before hand to see what the employees are wearing. Many owners want to hire someone who can reflect the place, and what better way to show them then your outfit!

3. No sandals! Most places will not allow their employees to wear open toe shoes, so keep the sandals and flip flops away for the interview. Also, keep the heel height under control.

4. Be careful with the length of your bottoms. If you think they might be too short, try a pair of leggings or tights underneath.

Happy Friday everybody!

I decided to write a blog today on my fashion idol and inspiration. She is the girl who inspired me to appreciate fashion and work hard to follow my dream. Yes, I'm talking about Laguna Beach's famous Lauren Conrad.

Lauren is known for her TV series Laguna Beach and The Hills as well as all of her books she has written. To me, Lauren is the girl who's got it all. She's got the look, the style, and the personality. She owns her own clothing line and sells through Kohl's, as well as works with Paper Crown. I watched every episode of both reality series, and watching Lauren work in the fashion industry made me realize that it was my dream to work in the industry as well. New Years Resolutions

 

 Hello all! I hope everyone had an amazing holiday!

It took me a while to come up with some good resolutions that were unique and something I thought I could stick to. Everybody has their own resolutions or something they would like to make happen, but not everybody can stick to them! Here are a few of my resolutions followed by how I plan on sticking by them.

Resolutions

2. Spend more time with my puppy, Oscar.

3. The 5 Dollar Bill Challenge. This is where you put every 5$ bill you receive away, it's a great saving technique!

 

 

Techniques

 

• Make a motivational/inspirational poster to hang up in your room. This way you will see it everyday and remind yourself why you made these resolutions.
• Write them down and frame them to put on your nightstand. Like the previous one, it will remind you daily.
• Reward your success! Maybe every time you get a step closer or do as you said, you get a little reward.
