So, a couple of years ago I had finally bought the car I’ve wanted for years. YAY! However, during my move to Nashville, I was hit by a truck and my car was totaled… Because it was a hit and run, and I had just gotten my new car, all of the money I got from insurance went to paying off my car. Lucky me. Thank god me, my mom and my dog were okay!
So here I am in a new city, with no car. And Nashville is no New York City… You can’t just walk everywhere. I was starting my new role at Nordstrom and had to find a car quick!
When www.cars.com reached out to me for a partnership on the blog, I was a little hesitant because what do cars have to do with fashion!? Then I looked at it as a lifestyle post and thought of it as a way to share with you one of the worst experiences I’ve been through. And the fact that they helped me get through a hard time was awesome.
I haven’t really gotten too personal on the blog, but I’m starting to meet more and more people on here, and really want to open up to you all!
www.cars.com was my first resource when this all happened. I had heard about it from a couple of friends/family members. The experience I had was seamless in helping me learn all about what car to get. I wanted something inexpensive, but reliable.
Their site is SO easy to navigate through and gives you so many options that are easy to read and understand. I’m not the most knowledgable when it comes to cars, so I wanted a site that would explain to me what exactly I should be looking for.
You can buy, sell & trade, and even repair through this site! If you’re looking to do any of these, I highly recommend taking a look at www.cars.com .
Now it’s been a couple of years and I’m at the point where I have to think about if I want to keep my car or get a new one! What is your favorite car? Leave me some suggestions. 🙂

Hi Jenna. I’m enjoying your blog and just had to respond to your car quest. Subaru is my car. There is a new sporty model that is really fun. My car is the Impreza model, not glamorous, but I can’t imagine driving anything else in these Ct. winters. The all wheel drive has gotten me back and forth to and from work in some wicked snow storms. Check them out.
