♪♪ Happy birthday to me ♪♪

Guys, I cannot believe it’s November 1st already. This year FLEW by! I must say that this has turned out to be my favorite year of all, for many reasons. Let’s go through some memories from this year…

1.) I did a ton of traveling this year, to new and old places!

2.) My nephew entered this world! He is SO adorable, I seriously miss him so much when I’m away from him. I love babysitting him because he’s such a cute and happy baby. My sister and brother-in-law are SUPER lucky! Meet Jake. 🙂

3.) I made so many good friends this year and was able to grow into the person I’ve wanted to be! I’m really happy with who I am, who’s in my life, and how far I’ve come. I learned to never settle for something just because it’s in your comfort zone. I left my day job that wasn’t giving me the time to do things I loved. Whether I was at work or not at work, the stress and hours made me miss out on a lot, or lose motivation. So I left my job to focus on what I love– blogging! Cheers to my amazing co-workers. We got each other through every tough day, and I couldn’t thank y’all enough for the support you’ve given me, and the friendships that will last a lifetime!

4.) Just got to celebrate 1 strong year with the love of my life. For a long time I have stayed single looking and not settling for just anyone. I knew what I wanted. I wanted a guy who was going to make me laugh when times are tough, who’s going to care for me in ways not many people have, and who wanted to be my partner in crime. This guy has blown me away since day 1. He gets me way out of my comfort zones, he helps me grow rather than hold me back, and he loves me unconditionally no matter how weird I can get when I’m tired. He is my best friend. Chris, I’m so lucky I got to move in with you so we can grow this relationship and see where the next year takes us! I love you so much, thank you for everything you do to put a smile on my face, and Oscar’s too. 😉

There are so many reasons for my happiness and gratefulness, but I just want to say a big thank you to everyone in my life who has my best interest at heart. You know who you all are. I will always be here to support and care for you too. I’m blessed to have awesome friends and family, and I wouldn’t change a thing.

I’ve learned to stay away from the haters, and appreciate the supporters. Give time to those who give time to you. Be happy for others. Prioritize relationships. And most of all, focus on what makes me happy. I have learned a lot this year, and I have written a post called 25 Lessons Learned in 25 Years . I hope there are other people who can relate to what I’ve learned!

Okay, off to celebrate this special day! A quarter of a century old! Thank you all for the wonderful memories and support this past year with my blog. I’m ready to take it to the next level and see how far www.jennaleeann.com can get next year!
