Last week I was invited to a CT blogger event at the Shoppes at Farmington Valley in Canton, CT. I had to say yes especially because I used to work in those shoppes back when I was 18! It really brought back some memories.
The Shoppes invited us to come and spend the day shopping with great deals! Perfect timing for Christmas shopping. It is SUCH a great place to get your shopping done because it’s not overly crowded like the mall, but still has everything you need.
For the food lover in your life, try out Sur La Table and O’Live A Little Speciality Gourmet. Both are great places for gifts and Sur La Table even done cooking classes which would be super fun for date night! Make sure you stop by NoRa’s Cupcakes, because you won’t regret it.
For the fashion lover in your life, there are countless clothing stores including J. Crew, Francesca’s, Kohls, and many many more. The deals going on in the shoppes are so great especially when you’re spending so much money on gifts. This way you can get something for yourself. đ
My top recommendation is stopping into Sephora because they have gifts already put together for you! Guys who don’t know what to get your ladies, just walk in and the employees will do the work. The knowledge inside that building is amazing and makes shopping a LOT easier. After your shopping, head down to Feng for lunch/dinner. You HAVE to try their spicy edamame. My sister and I love it so much we usually get some to go, haha.
